Job summary

AGL is seeking an AI Product & Enablement Lead for a 12-month fixed-term role based in Melbourne. You will partner with users to map current workflows, identify AI opportunities and translate them into prioritised, actionable initiatives that can be designed, built and adopted.

You will guide governance, education and reusable materials to help users understand where AI adds value and how to use it safely. The role collaborates with diverse business units and engineers to deliver measurable

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in product discovery, business analysis, service design, change, digital enablement or a related role.
• Practical understanding of AI capabilities, limitations and common use cases, with focus on safe adoption.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct interviews, workshops, surveys and observations to understand current workflows.
• Document end-to-end workflows, decision points, information flows and dependencies.
• Assess current AI usage, user maturity, pain points, risks and unmet needs.
• Define value, success measures and adoption requirements for AI opportunities.
• Create current-state and future-state artefacts for users, leaders and engineers.
• Develop education, guidance and reusable materials on AI relevance and safe usage.
• Support pilots and releases through communications, demonstrations and adoption activities.
• Research AI market developments, emerging use cases, vendor capabilities and open-source libraries.
• Maintain and prioritise a transparent pipeline of AI opportunities from discovery to adoption.
• Translate prioritised opportunities into problem statements and user requirements.
