RAA is embarking on an AI-first transformation. The Capability & Change Lead, AI will build AI capability across the organisation and champion the people side of the change, developing learning programs and adoption initiatives. You’ll partner with leadership, People & Culture and the AI Champions Network to embed AI into everyday work.

This is a rare opportunity to shape the human side of AI adoption in one of South Australia’s most trusted organisations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading capability building or organisational change initiatives in a complex organisation.
• Experience designing and delivering learning programs that build practical skills and confidence.
• Experience leading change and adoption activities for new technology or ways of working.
• Experience establishing and growing networks or communities of practice.

Responsibilities

• Build AI capability across the organisation and drive adoption.
• Lead the people side of the AI transformation and change readiness.
• Design role-based learning pathways and change strategies.
• Partner with business leaders, People & Culture and the AI Hub.
