Job summary

Quantium in Sydney is seeking an AI-first engineer to design and ship AI-enabled tools used across the organisation, including CI/CD, deployment infrastructure, and conversational analytics products.

You will work with coding agents daily, evaluating their output, guiding development, and contributing to the growth of a new AI-focused team with broad exposure across backend, frontend, and cloud technologies.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building AI-enabled solutions.
• Experience using AI agents in daily engineering work.
• Ability to design and ship tools used across teams.
• Strong independence and proactive learning.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver AI-enabled tools used across wiq.
• Work with coding agents daily to steer progress and outcomes.
• Shape a new AI assets team and its growth.
