Job summary

Aircall is seeking a Forward-Deployed Engineer to own end-to-end delivery of low-code AI solutions for Aircall customers. You will design, implement, and operationalize workflows connecting the AI Agent to CRMs, help desks, and communication tools, while guiding cross-functional initiatives and upskilling the team.

This is a hybrid, revenue-driving role across Solutions Engineering, Consulting, and Product Ownership, not a pure software engineering position.

Qualifications

• 0-6+ years of experience in technical consulting, solutions engineering, or integration-focused project management.
• Client facing experience required.
• Technical skills: APIs, webhooks, data structures (JSON, REST, GraphQL).
• Hands-on experience with low-code orchestration tools and CRM automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions to map business processes and define solution architecture.
• Design, build, and deploy integrations using low-code platforms and CRM tools with API connectors.
• Collaborate with Engineering to validate feasibility and share learnings for product improvements.
• Configure the AI Agent, intents, prompts, actions, and performance metrics.
• Manage cross-functional deployments, timelines, and stakeholder alignment.
• Create scalable models and reusable frameworks for faster future projects.
• Enable team through workshops, training, and best-practice documentation.
• Drive outbound campaigns to generate pipeline and adoption.
