Job summary

EY is seeking an AI and Data Protection Manager (Assistant Director) to support ongoing AI risk and data protection frameworks across EY Oceania. The role involves providing practical, risk-based guidance on AI use and data handling, and guiding incident management and controls across multiple business units.

You will work with stakeholders across the organization to assess evolving AI uses, strengthen governance, and maintain regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in technology risk, data privacy, or data protection.
• Experience shaping AI risk assessments and operational processes.
• Ability to advise across business initiatives and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Support AI risk assessments and guidance for AI tools with privacy and regulatory considerations.
• Provide risk-based AI and data protection advice to service lines and project teams.
• Oversee AI risk and data incident management tools, including risk assessment and escalation.
