Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager to connect business priorities with technology strategy and financial governance, driving AI Data Readiness services and practical roadmaps for AI adoption at scale.

The role is hybrid across Oceania with potential flexible hours; discuss options with EY. You will lead engagements, workshops and roadmap development to enable responsible AI adoption while partnering across Assurance, Client Technology and Finance.

Qualifications

• Strong technology leadership across business, finance and technology functions.
• Commercial experience assessing technology investments, budgets and cost allocation models.
• Knowledge of data management, data governance, AI readiness and emerging tech trends.

Responsibilities

• Translate business priorities into technology roadmaps, investment plans and governance outcomes.
• Provide transparency and challenge over technology expenditure, budgets and cost allocations, while developing business cases and strengthening accountability for benefits realisation.
• Lead and support AI Data Readiness engagements, facilitating executive workshops and prioritised roadmaps for responsible AI adoption.
