Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager for Assurance Technology and AI Data Readiness in Sydney. You will align business priorities with technology strategy, governance, and financial oversight to maximise value from technology investments and to deliver AI data readiness engagements for clients.

The role is hybrid, based in EY offices across Oceania, with potential flexible hours. You will lead workshops, shape roadmaps, and drive responsible AI adoption at scale.

Qualifications

Experience leading tech transformations and governance across finance, technology and business.
Ability to assess technology investments, budgets and cost allocations with strong governance.
Knowledge of data governance, AI readiness and emerging tech trends with clear executive communication.

Responsibilities

Act as the link between Assurance, Client Technology and Finance to translate priorities into roadmaps and governance outcomes.
Provide transparency over technology expenditure, budgets and cost allocations; develop business cases and benefits realization.
Lead AI Data Readiness engagements, assess data maturity, and develop prioritised roadmaps for responsible AI adoption.
