Job summary

EY in Australia is seeking a Manager for AI Client Services to lead assurance engagements across AI governance, data readiness and model assurance. You will work with clients and EY teams to ensure trustworthy AI ecosystems and compliance across governance, data, controls and assurance.

The role is hybrid, based around Warrang (Sydney), with options for flexible hours. You will contribute to proposals, asset development and go‑to‑market activities within EY Oceania.

Qualifications

• Experience at Manager level or equivalent in AI, data science, analytics, technology risk, audit analytics, model risk, AI assurance, digital assurance or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI assurance and advisory engagements across AI governance and controls, AI‑ready data, AI systems and models.
• Manage end‑to‑end delivery of client engagements, including workplans, budgets, resources, stakeholder relationships and project teams.
• Drive AI data and model assurance activities: data readiness, data quality, governance, controls, model performance, explainability and risk management.
• Support growth of EY’s AI Client Services practice by enabling offerings, contributing to proposals and go‑to‑market initiatives.
