Job summary

Teachers Mutual Bank Limited is building AI capability from the ground up, offering an opportunity to shape how AI transforms banking for members. As AI Product Owner, you’ll turn high‑value opportunities into safe, adopted AI products, guiding prioritisation, delivery, adoption and value realisation across business, technology, data, risk and change.

You’ll help establish product roadmaps, governance and measurement while engaging with vendors across Microsoft AI ecosystem and Power Platform to

Qualifications

Product Owner, Product Manager, or equivalent experience translating business needs into AI-enabled products.
Experience delivering AI, analytics, automation or digital initiatives.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional Agile delivery teams.
Ability to engage senior stakeholders and translate business requirements into technology outcomes.
Solid understanding of data, analytics and AI concepts.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain AI product roadmaps aligned with business priorities.
Turn business problems into prioritised AI use cases, product backlogs, user stories and acceptance criteria.
Lead cross-functional delivery across AI engineering, data science, architecture, risk, change and business teams.
Embed responsible AI by working with Privacy, Cyber Security, Compliance and Risk.
Establish measures for adoption, benefits and business outcomes using performance data and feedback.
Assess emerging AI capabilities and collaborate with technology vendors and platform providers.
