Job summary

Teachers Mutual Bank Limited is seeking an AI Platform Engineer to design and operate the secure, governed technology foundations for generative AI across the bank. You’ll work across Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio and Foundry to enable scalable, safe AI capabilities.

You’ll own configuration, integration, automation, monitoring and deployment readiness, partnering with risk, security and data teams to translate responsible AI requirements into practical platform patterns.

Qualifications

• Experience building and operating enterprise AI platforms in a production environment.
• Experience with Azure-based AI tooling and governance.
• Ability to translate responsible AI and security requirements into engineering patterns.

Responsibilities

• Design, engineer and operate secure AI foundations for generative AI across TMBL.
• Automate provisioning and releases using DevOps practices and IaC.
• Build monitoring for availability, latency, cost, and safety.
• Collaborate across Data, Risk, Security, Architecture, and Operations.
