Job summary

Macquarie Group’s Product team is responsible for the strategy, delivery and governance of Q, Macquarie’s customer-facing AI agent, and the agentic banking capabilities that support it. You will lead the delivery of strategic initiatives, manage a portfolio of initiatives, and collaborate with business, technology and risk teams to drive customer value while maintaining governance.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience owning product strategy and delivery in regulated or similarly complex environments.
• Strong commercial and risk judgement, with the ability to assess platform and vendor options, balance competing priorities, and make informed decisions independently.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives and collaborating with a range of delivery partners and stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex strategic programmes, build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, and influence across business, technology and risk functions.
• Previous people leadership experience, with the ability to connect product, platform and technology decisions to measurable customer and business outcomes.
