AGL Energy in Melbourne seeks an AI Product & Enablement Lead for a 12-month fixed-term assignment. You will partner with users to map workflows, identify AI value, and translate opportunities into prioritised initiatives that can be designed, built and adopted.

You will run workshops, document processes, assess AI readiness, and define success metrics while creating practical guidance for engineers and leaders.

Formación

• Experience in product discovery, business analysis or similar.
• Understanding of AI capabilities, risks and safe adoption.
• Ability to map processes and turn needs into clear problems.
• Strong communication with business users and tech teams.

Responsabilidades

• Interview and observe current workflows to understand how work is performed.
• Document end-to-end workflows, decisions, information flows and dependencies.
• Assess AI usage, user maturity, pain points and unmet needs.
• Define value, success measures and adoption requirements for AI.
• Create current and future state artefacts for users and engineers.
• Develop education and reusable materials to explain AI use cases.
• Support pilots and releases with communications and targeted adoption.
• Research AI market trends and vendor capabilities for concise recommendations.
• Prioritise a transparent AI opportunity pipeline from discovery to adoption.
