Job summary

Qantas Group is seeking a Product Analyst for the B2C AI Team at the Mascot Campus. You will partner with business and technology to drive AI-enabled features spanning Generative AI, intelligent automation, and conversational experiences.

The role focuses on delivering capabilities that improve customer experiences and operational efficiency, with responsibilities across the product lifecycle from concept through to BAU and partnerships with service providers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Business/Systems Analysis or IT delivery.
• Degree qualified or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Scrum, Kanban, lean and design thinking.
• Experience with data analysis and insights.
• Familiar with JIRA and Confluence.
• Interest in emerging AI technologies.

Responsibilities

• Act as conduit between business and technology.
• Lead product lifecycle from concept to operations.
• Govern service partners to meet commitments.
