Job summary

Qantas is seeking a Product Analyst to partner with business and technology teams, guiding product delivery from concept through to operations. You will support and lead initiatives within the B2C AI Team, encompassing Generative AI, intelligent automation, and AI-powered experiences.

The role emphasizes customer-centric improvements, collaboration across levels, and ongoing learning in a rapidly evolving AI landscape. Permanent, full-time position based at Mascot Campus in Sydney.

Qualifications

3+ years’ experience in Business or Systems Analysis, Product or IT Support.
Degree qualified, or equivalent industry / technical experience and qualifications
Proven track record of operating in IT Delivery environments from concept to BAU
Basic to Expert understanding of delivery frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, lean, design thinking, human-centred design, multivariate testing)
Experience in security management practices, risk management, vulnerability management and penetration testing
Experience using JIRA and Confluence to document and manage stories and documentation
Experience in working with data sets to deduce accurate insights
Demonstrated ability to partner and collaborate across multiple functions
Experience in IT Operations or ongoing product lifecycle
Demonstrated technical expertise and staying up to date with regulatory changes affecting IT
Stakeholder engagement and management skills
Interest in emerging AI technologies and willingness to learn in AI environment
