Qualifications

• 7+ years in marketing operations or senior campaign operations.
• Experience across multiple disciplines: creative production, content, paid media or brand.
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms; Braze preferred.
• Proven track record of driving AI tool adoption with measurable productivity outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own integrated marketing operations calendar across teams and channels.
• Establish and enforce standards, workflows and approvals across marketing.
• Lead AI tool adoption and education across marketing disciplines.
• Partner with in‑house agency operations and capability uplift.
• Develop dashboards and reporting for leadership visibility.
• Ensure governance, quality and compliance across campaigns.
