Employment Hero is seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to architect AI-driven marketing automation. You will own Marketo operations, optimize campaigns, and improve data integrity across the MarTech stack while aligning with sales and business goals.

You will partner with teams to simplify processes, leverage AI tools for faster time-to-market, and contribute to a robust, scalable marketing engine in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience managing Marketing Automation Platforms (Marketo preferred) in a fast-paced B2B environment.
• Strong appetite for using AI tools to solve MarOps problems and build autonomous workflows.
• Ability to map data flows across the MarTech stack from touchpoints to Salesforce opportunities.
• Experience integrating Marketo with Salesforce and handling data constraints and lifecycle transitions.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Marketo instance to ensure uptime and scalable processes.
• Investigate funnel leakage with deep-dive lead analysis and troubleshoot routing, scoring, and sync issues.
• Drive ongoing Marketo optimization, streamline campaign logic, and apply AI to repetitive tasks.
• Understand marketing, sales, and business processes to translate requirements into data constraints and technical solutions.
• Partner with leadership on high-level projects to overhaul and simplify Marketo for cleaner Marketecture.
• Oversee List Operations with data hygiene, segmentation, and timely execution; explore AI enrichment options.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of systems and workflows to avoid a black box.
