Job summary

We seek an experienced Learning & Development and Talent professional to design, deliver and continuously improve learning programs across leadership, professional and technical tracks.

You will leverage AI-enabled approaches, support talent processes including reviews and development planning, and partner with leaders to embed capability frameworks

Qualifications

• Experience in Learning & Development or Organisational Development driving programs that deliver business outcomes.
• Experience supporting talent processes such as talent reviews, performance or development planning.
• Confidence using AI-enabled tools to support learning design and productivity.
• Strong stakeholder management with ability to translate needs into practical solutions.
• Experience in a high-growth or complex multi-geography organisation (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and facilitate high‑impact learning solutions across leadership, professional and technical areas.
• Incorporate AI‑enabled approaches to improve engagement, scalability and application.
• Support talent initiatives and embed capability frameworks across the business.
• Contribute to talent reviews, performance cycles and development planning with quality outcomes.
• Partner with leaders to identify capability gaps and drive adoption of frameworks and tools.
• Manage end‑to‑end delivery of learning and talent initiatives from scoping to evaluation.
