Job summary

Amazon Web Services Australia Pty Ltd in Melbourne is seeking a Data Center Training Specialist to design and deliver education programs. You will work with local institutions and global teams to build long‑term local talent pipelines and act as the day‑to‑day voice of Data Center Learning.

You will track metrics, ensure data accuracy, and help develop KPI frameworks to drive program effectiveness and AWS growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience managing training/learning related projects or programs.
• Technical background with some Data Center experience.
• Experience delivering presentations to large and diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning & Development with partners to align training with AWS objectives.
• Program Design & Implementation of blended training and career pathways.
• Stakeholder Management & Alliance Building with educational and government partners.
• Performance Measurement & Analytics to track KPI frameworks and ROI.
