News Corp Australia is seeking an Enterprise AI Facilitator to drive high-impact AI learning across the enterprise. You will equip employees with practical skills to adopt emerging technologies and uplift AI proficiency, reporting to the Senior Talent Growth and Leadership Partner.

You will lead engaging workshops, manage multiple training projects, and build practical skills using real-world workflows. A strong facilitation and design background is essential to succeed in this hybrid,

Qualifications

Outstanding facilitation skills; explain AI concepts to diverse audiences.
Strong stakeholder management to influence change.
Deep understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.

Responsibilities

Lead engaging AI workshops and virtual sessions; translate complex AI concepts into practical content.
Manage multiple training projects; align programs with business unit capability plans.
Ground training in real-world applications using process/workflow maps.
Maintain central repository of AI learning tools and resources.
Track session impact, learner engagement and tool adoption; ensure compliance.
Travel as needed to deliver in-person or virtual sessions.
