Nuix is seeking an IT Support Engineer to deliver frontline technical help for desktops, laptops, peripherals and software. A key focus is enabling AI adoption across the workforce, with training, onboarding and knowledge article creation to drive practical AI use in daily tasks.

You will report to the IT Support Manager and ensure smooth operation of end-user computing. The role requires 4–5 days onsite in our Sydney office and potential inter-country travel as needed.

Formación

• Tertiary qualification in Computer Science or related field, or relevant experience.
• Strong technical proficiency diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues on Windows and Mac.
• Knowledge of desktop OS (Windows 11, macOS) and productivity apps (Microsoft 365, Adobe).
• Familiarity with desktop management tools, remote support and IT service management.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools such as Claude or Microsoft Copilot.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and customer service, able to explain tech topics clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Provide timely, effective IT incident and service request support to end users.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners and end-user devices.
• Set up and deploy new desktops and software; coordinate with IT teams for complex issues.
• Educate users on IT best practices and self-help tools.
• Follow SOPs and IT policies for incident management and service delivery.
