Job summary

LexisNexis is seeking a Content Manager in Sydney to lead the Core Content team, ensuring the integrity and currency of looseleaf, newsletters and reference content. You will manage budgets, set priorities, and drive efficiencies while embedding responsible GenAI practices across workflows.

The role requires strong editorial standards, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration with Ed Ops/Straive and other stakeholders to maintain product quality and market relevance.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent (legal preferred).
• Strong leadership and people-management experience.
• Solid budget management skills.
• Proven publishing workflow knowledge.
• Experience with GenAI in editorial contexts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Core Content team to uphold editorial standards.
• Monitor portfolio costs with budgets and forecasting.
• Drive process improvements and cross-functional collaboration.
• Support GenAI tool adoption responsibly in workflows.
• Ensure content updates align with trends and legislation.
