People First Bank is building a cutting-edge Automation & AI capability. We design and deliver enterprise AI solutions to improve productivity, customer experiences and operational efficiency while maturing our AI governance and standards across the organisation.

You will work with modern AI technologies, turning ideas into secure, scalable solutions and collaborating with stakeholders to shape engineering practices and reusable patterns for the wider bank.

Qualificações

• Experience in software engineering, automation, AI engineering.
• Hands-on experience building AI agents with Copilot Studio and Power Platform.
• Strong programming capability in Python, .NET/C# or JavaScript.
• Experience integrating with APIs and enterprise platforms.
• Understanding of AI governance, privacy and cyber security controls.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and problem‑solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop and support enterprise AI agents and intelligent applications using Copilot Studio and Power Platform.
• Build integrations with Microsoft 365, Graph, ServiceNow, APIs and other enterprise platforms.
• Develop AI-driven workflows and reusable components delivering business value.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities and drive adoption.
• Apply engineering best practices including testing, source control, and release management.
• Ensure solutions meet governance, privacy, security, and operational requirements.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and propose opportunities for adoption.
• Help establish AI engineering standards and reusable patterns.
