Job summary

Snowflake in Australia and New Zealand is hiring an AI/ML Consulting Manager for its Frontier Engineering team. You will lead a team of technical architects, oversee partner resources, and translate customer priorities into effective technical solutions and successful delivery.

In this customer-facing leadership role, you will guide architecture decisions, assess delivery quality, manage risks, and help teams learn and grow. Travel to client sites up to 25% of the time is expected.

Qualifications

8+ years of customer-facing technical consulting or AI/ML delivery experience.
Experience leading complex enterprise engagements.
Experience coaching and developing technical professionals.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of technical architects across ANZ, guiding growth and performance.
Serve as a billable technical lead and delivery advisor across customer engagements.
Own successful delivery by Snowflake architects and partner resources with clear priorities and milestones.
Guide clients from problem definition to deployment for AI agents and generative AI applications.
Build trusted relationships through clear communication and executive presence; manage risks and escalations.
Coordinate team capacity and engagement with delivery stakeholders and coaching time.
Review designs for grounding, security, governance, observability, and debt remediation.
