Job summary

Thomson Reuters (Professional) Australia Ltd in Melbourne is seeking an AI Product Trainer to join the Customer Training Team in ANZ. You will help customers adopt our AI-powered legal software and drive onboarding, training delivery, and ongoing account support.

This role offers a hybrid work model, opportunities to grow in customer success, and collaboration with Sales, Product Development, and Commercial teams to capture feedback and improve training programs.

Qualifications

• A law degree is mandatory.
• Interest in legal technology or willingness to learn the legal tech landscape.
• Strong interest in learning and applying new technologies, software, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude to supporting customers.

Responsibilities

• Support Customer Training: run onboarding and training sessions tailoring programs to client needs.
• Build Customer Relationships: conduct regular check-ins and identify opportunities for further training.
• Help With Research: assist customers with research queries and show how to get value from products and services.
• Share Customer Feedback: collaborate with Sales, Product Development, and Commercial teams to relay feedback and drive improvement.
• Drive Customer Success: contribute to initiatives that improve satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
