Thomson Reuters is seeking an AI Product Trainer to join our ANZ Customer Training Team in Australia. The role focuses on onboarding, training delivery, and account support for our AI-enabled legal software.

You will work in a collaborative, hybrid environment, partnering with Sales, Product Development and Commercial teams to tailor programs and drive customer success. A law degree and interest in legal tech are essential.

Qualifications

• A law degree is mandatory.
• Interest in legal technology and willingness to learn the legal tech landscape.
• Strong interest in learning and applying new technologies, AI-enabled solutions.
• Excellent interpersonal and collaborative attitude; commitment to helping customers.

Responsibilities

• Help run onboarding and training sessions for customers.
• Tailor programs to meet specific client needs and contexts.
• Build relationships through regular check-ins and goal discovery.
• Assist customers with research queries and demonstrate value from products and services.
• Share customer feedback with Sales, Product and Commercial teams to drive improvements.
• Contribute to initiatives that improve customer satisfaction and retention.
