Job summary

Thomson Reuters in Australia and New Zealand seeks an AI Product Trainer to support customer onboarding and training of our AI-powered legal software. You will work with senior trainers while developing your own skills in onboarding, training delivery, and account support.

The role emphasizes collaboration with sales teams, cross-functional feedback, and driving customer success in a flexible hybrid environment across ANZ.

Qualifications

• A law degree is mandatory; recent graduates welcome.
• Interest in legal technology and ability to learn the legal tech landscape quickly.
• Strong interpersonal, proactive attitude and collaborative mindset.
• Willingness to collaborate with across teams to support customers.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding and training sessions to help customers use the software confidently.
• Build relationships through regular check-ins and understand customers' goals.
• Assist customers with research queries to maximize value from products.
• Share customer feedback with Sales, Product Development and Commercial teams.
• Contribute to initiatives that improve customer satisfaction and retention.
