Job summary

Thomson Reuters is seeking an enthusiastic AI Product Trainer to join our ANZ Customer Training Team in Australia. You will help customers adopt our AI-powered legal software, deliver onboarding, and support account success while learning from experienced trainers.

You will build relationships with clients, tailor training programs, and collaborate with Sales, Product Development, and Commercial teams to drive satisfaction and retention in a fast-paced, AI-driven legal tech environment.

Qualifications

• A law degree is mandatory; recent graduates welcome.
• Interest in legal technology or quick learner of the legal tech landscape.
• Strong interest in learning new technologies, software, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and proactive problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Run onboarding and training sessions for customers with senior trainer support.
• Build customer relationships through regular check-ins and goal insights.
• Assist customers with research queries and maximize product value.
• Share customer feedback with Sales, Product, and Commercial teams.
• Contribute to initiatives that improve customer satisfaction and retention.
