Job summary

Model ML is seeking an Engagement Manager to own the end-to-end customer outcome, translating client problems into scalable AI workflows, running a clean operating cadence, and driving adoption through governance and clear communication.

You will convert client needs into delivery plans, maintain dashboards and Notion tracking, and collaborate with Growth, Engineering, and Product to optimize ROI in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in private equity, investment banking, or tier 1 consultancies.
• Turn ambiguous client asks into scoped delivery plans and measurable outcomes.
• Strong fluency with workflows, data, and failure modes (engineer not required).
• Excellent operational hygiene: tracking, documentation, governance.
• Clear, proactive communicator who escalates early and closes loops.

Responsibilities

• Turn client problems into scalable, measurable workflows.
• Balance client needs with platform constraints and build reusable assets.
• Maintain dashboards, hubs, and Notion pages; track adoption and health metrics.
• Run a delivery plan with owners, dates, dependencies; surface risks early.
• Publish agendas, capture decisions, and log actions with owners and due dates.
• Drive ROI through client journeys: trial → conversion → renewal with Growth, Eng, and Product.
