Future Secure AI is seeking a Staff AI Data Scientist in Australia to lead the design and delivery of agentic AI co-workers at enterprise scale. You will drive multi‑step reasoning systems, LLM-driven agents, and robust workflows across global clients.

You will set the technical direction, mentor senior and mid‑level data scientists, partner with engineering and product teams, and ensure production‑grade AI systems are reliable, safe, and high‑impact.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering production-grade ML systems.
• Strong NLP foundations: transformers, LSTMs, CNNs.
• Hands-on experience with LLM orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex).
• Proficient in Python for ML/AI and software development.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy agentic LLM-driven systems with planning and reasoning.
• Lead MLOps initiatives across evaluation, safety, and quality.
• Define long-term technical strategy for agentic AI frameworks.
• Mentor data scientists across levels and uplift talent.
• Partner with engineering, product, and executives to deploy production-grade co-workers.
