Job summary

Allura Partners is partnering with a major Australian financial services organisation to appoint a Data Lead for a full Workday implementation across HR, Payroll and Finance. You will own the data workstream from source extraction through to migration, transformation, validation and cutover.

The role offers flexible Australia-wide location with hybrid working, and a clear path into a broader Data and AI remit once migration lands.

Qualifications

• Experience leading data workstreams on a Workday implementation or similar HRIS/ERP migration.
• Strong technical grounding in data migration and ETL processes.
• Ability to communicate data concepts to senior, non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the data strategy and migration plan for the Workday implementation from source extraction to cutover.
• Build relationships with business stakeholders across source systems to inform data decisions.
