Qureight is expanding its AI integration team to automate critical workflows across Box, Zendesk, JIRA, HiBob, and Pipedrive. You will design scalable automation, ensure changes are validated for regulated systems, and collaborate with Clinical Operations, Quality & Regulatory Affairs, People, and Finance to reduce manual handoffs.

The role emphasizes disciplined development, version control, and practical use of AI/LLM tools to improve efficiency while maintaining compliance and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Hands‑on scripting and development to build and maintain integrations against REST APIs and webhooks.
• Experience configuring and integrating SaaS platforms beyond basic admin capabilities.
• Familiarity with version control and a structured delivery workflow.
• Experience with AI/LLM tooling for practical automation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and build Box automations; leverage Box AI for metadata handling.
• Configure Zendesk AI features to enhance customer support workflows.
• Develop and maintain integrations across Box, JIRA, HiBob, and others.
• Ensure all automation touching regulated systems is versioned, reviewed, and validated.
• Identify high‑value automation opportunities with internal teams and prioritize them.
• Own end‑to‑end automation delivery, including monitoring and change management.
