Job summary

Heidi is seeking a QA Engineer to own testing across web, mobile, and clinical portals. You will identify gaps with PMs, perform manual testing, and build automated tests for release gates. Qualifications

• 3+ years in QA or test engineering on web or mobile products.
• Hands-on automated testing in JavaScript/TypeScript with Playwright or Cypress.
• API testing against specifications and integrations across web, mobile and portals.
• Experience designing and running performance tests with k6 or JMeter.
• Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and test management tools.
• Clear written and verbal communication with engineers and stakeholders.
• Passion for AI and building high-quality software.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with PMs and engineers to close gaps in product requirements and write test scenarios.
• Test features manually first, then automate where it makes sense.
• Build and maintain E2E testing frameworks across web, mobile and performance.
• Own the testing process from test cases to bug reporting and doc updates.
• Write and run automated tests for end-to-end user flows in clinical AI products.
• Design targeted test strategies to reduce risk and improve reliability.
• Report testing outcomes to managers and stakeholders with concise updates.
• Use CI/CD and issue-tracking tools to keep testing fast and repeatable.
