Job summary

Intertek Inform is seeking a Software Engineer – AI Focus to design, develop and deploy AI-enabled solutions. You will work on LLMs, intelligent automation and regulatory content processing, delivering scalable applications for enterprise use.

You’ll contribute to AI-assisted knowledge management, document analysis and automated policy generation while collaborating across Product, Engineering, Operations and Commercial teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing and deploying AI-enabled applications in production.
• Strong software engineering skills with Python and/or C#/.NET.
• Experience integrating LLMs, generative AI and AI-powered capabilities into business apps.
• Excellent knowledge of REST APIs, architecture, data structures and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable AI solutions using LLMs and modern software practices.
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering and AI agents.
• Build APIs, data pipelines and integrations with enterprise platforms.
• Leverage Azure AI Services to deliver intelligent product capabilities.
• Translate business needs into reliable, production-ready technical solutions.
