• 3–5 years as Technical Business Analyst / Tech Delivery role
• Passion for AI and ability to drive adoption
• Ability to draw a solution architecture diagram
• Experience setting up AI agents in production
• Experience in financial services/insurance is a plus but not essential

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements across the business and translate into AI solutions
• Set up AI agents across platforms to automate processes
• Demonstrate the value of AI and drive adoption with teams
• Work hands-on in a small, multi-hat team
• Attend CBD Sydney office 2–3 days per week
