Job summary

RAA is building an AI-first transformation and establishing a dedicated AI Hub in Adelaide. As the AI Hub Delivery Lead, you will shape how AI improves member experiences, employee productivity and overall performance, translating ambition into real-world outcomes.

You'll oversee the delivery of AI projects end-to-end, managing priorities across business and technology teams, and partnering with external partners to move ideas to value quickly.

The Role

We're building something new.

RAA is embarking on an ambitious AI-first transformation, embedding artificial intelligence across the organisation to improve insights, reporting, workflows, member journeys and service delivery. Building on trusted data and strong governance foundations, we're establishing a dedicated AI Hub to help teams work smarter, make better decisions and create more value for members.

As the AI Hub Delivery Lead, you'll be at the centre of turning AI ambition into real-world outcomes.

You'll lead the delivery of AI initiatives across the organisation, taking opportunities from concept through to implementation and adoption. Working closely with business leaders, technology teams and external partners, you will coordinate the delivery pipeline, manage competing priorities and ensure AI solutions create measurable impact.

This is a rare opportunity to help build a new enterprise capability from the ground up. You'll establish delivery rhythms, drive agile ways of working and play a critical role in ensuring AI initiatives move quickly from idea to value. Whether improving operational processes, enhancing member experiences or enabling better decision-making, you'll help bring AI to life across RAA.

We're Looking For Someone With

• Significant experience leading AI, data, digital or business transformation initiatives in complex environments
• A track record of translating strategic ambitions into prioritised portfolios and measurable outcomes
• Experience establishing or leading enterprise capabilities, centres of excellence or transformation functions
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence leaders across technology, business, risk and governance functions
• An understanding of responsible AI, governance, risk and compliance frameworks required to scale AI safely and effectively
• A passion for building capability, driving adoption and helping organisations embrace new ways of working
