Job summary

XENON Systems is expanding its AI Factory capability in Australia to design and deliver compute, storage, networking and software platforms powering AI and HPC workloads. The Pre-Sales Solution Architect (HPC/AI) will translate customer needs into practical, well‑architected solutions and own technical solution development across suitable opportunities.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or related discipline.
• Hands‑on knowledge of enterprise compute, storage and networking technologies.
• Exposure to HPC, GPU infrastructure, cloud, virtualization or data-centre environments.

Responsibilities

• Design HPC and AI Factory architectures covering compute, GPU, storage, networking and software platforms.
• Translate requirements into technical solution designs and own development for opportunities.
• Participate in discovery sessions and presales meetings to understand workloads and constraints.
• Create technical diagrams, architecture documents, proposals and presales materials.
• Contribute to proposals, BOMs, technical validation and handover to delivery teams.
• Analyze performance, scalability and capacity needs for AI and HPC workloads.
• Research and evaluate emerging AI infrastructure technologies and reference architectures.
• Support POC planning, validation and documentation as needed.
• Collaborate with partners to validate architectures and commercial inputs.
• Develop reusable presales architectures, templates and assets.
• Identify automation and AI tooling to speed presales workflows.
