This role blends engineering insight with commercial leadership, requiring strong stakeholder management with labs, research institutions, and enterprises.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical sales, sales engineering, or solutions architecture for infrastructure, HPC, cloud, or hardware.
• Strong grasp of AI/ML infrastructure: GPUs, interconnect, data-centre power and cooling, and what training at scale actually requires.
• Able to hold a credible technical conversation with engineers and a commercial one with executives.
• Track record of owning complex, high-value, multi-stakeholder deals.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical sales cycle for AD-X AI factory deployments — discovery, scoping, proposal, and close.
• Translate customer workloads (training, inference, scale, timelines) into the right compute, power, cooling, and fabric configuration alongside our engineering team.
• Build and present technical proposals, TCO models, and deployment roadmaps to both technical and executive stakeholders.
• Partner with deployment and strategy teams so what we sell is exactly what we deliver.
• Develop relationships with AI labs, research institutions, and enterprises building serious compute.
• Represent Add Data in the field and at industry events.
