The role instructs growth across APAC, advising boards, shaping mandates, and delivering commercial models with proven prototypes. Frequent collaboration with Microsoft, clients and ecosystem partners is expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, venture building, product leadership or commercial innovation.
• Track record taking a new business, product or service model from concept to revenue.
• Strong commercial and financial modelling capability under uncertainty.
• Practical understanding of what agentic AI makes newly possible and what it does not.
• Comfortable working with engineers to prototype rather than only describe an idea.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI-enabled growth strategies, venture concepts and scalable business model options across APAC.
• Advise Boards and executive teams on growth options, disruption risks and investment choices.
• Design platform, ecosystem, subscription and agent-enabled models with a credible route to adoption and revenue.
• Build domain capability and contribute growth plays and venture patterns to the APAC library.
