Job summary

You’ll shape strategies, negotiate terms, and collaborate with Microsoft, Accenture, and alliance partners to maximize value for clients and Avanade.

The role requires a proven track record in enterprise sales and complex deal execution, with the ability to engage executive stakeholders and lead multi-disciplinary pursuit teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of enterprise sales and business development experience in consulting or technology services.
• Actual sales background with formal training in selling services, not only account management.
• Proven success closing large-scale engagements ($5M–$20M+ TCV) across multiple industries.
• Experience creating innovative commercial structures and value propositions.

Responsibilities

• Originate, qualify, negotiate, and close opportunities across Avanade's service portfolio.
• Develop and execute account-based growth strategies across target industries and territories.
• Build trusted relationships with senior executives and drive long-term value.
• Partner with Microsoft, Accenture, and alliance ecosystem to co-sell opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional pursuit teams and shape commercial strategies and deals.
