Employment Hero, a remote-first company, seeks a Marketing Operations Specialist to lead Marketo-driven automation and AI-powered workflows. You will architect and streamline campaigns, manage data quality, and partner with sales for scalable outcomes.

You will drive system optimization, troubleshoot integration issues with Salesforce, and document martech processes to reduce complexity while accelerating impact across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on, advanced experience managing Marketing Automation Platforms (Marketo preferred) in a fast-paced B2B environment.
• Strong working knowledge of Salesforce integrations with MAPs and data lifecycle transitions.

Responsibilities

• Platform Management & Support: Manage day-to-day Marketo operations to ensure uptime, flawless execution and scalable processes.
• Lead Investigations & Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot funnel leakage, routing issues, scoring anomalies, and syncs between Marketo and Salesforce.
• Operational & Campaign Optimisation: Drive continuous Marketo optimization; streamline logic and apply AI to repetitive tasks to speed time-to-market.
• Cross-Functional Business Alignment: Understand marketing and sales processes and translate requirements into data constraints and technical solutions.
• System Overhaul & Simplification: Partner on strategic projects to overhaul and simplify Marketo usage, reducing technical debt.
• List Operations Management: Oversee List Operations (2 direct reports) with data hygiene and precise segmentation.
• Ruthless Documentation: Maintain up-to-date documentation for systems and workflows.
