Job summary

Employment Hero is seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist with deep Marketo expertise to dismantle manual processes and replace them with autonomous systems. You will architect our marketing engine, orchestrating AI-assisted workflows and system integrations to reduce friction and technical debt.

As the platform lead, you will optimize campaigns, troubleshoot data issues between Marketo and Salesforce, and align marketing operations with Sales and broader business goals in a remote-first

Qualifications

• Experience with Marketo in a B2B marketing environment.
• Strong understanding of automation and AI-enabled marketing workflows.
• Ability to troubleshoot funnel leakage and data sync between systems.

Responsibilities

• Platform management and support for Marketo to ensure uptime and scalable processes.
• Lead investigations and troubleshooting for funnel leakage, routing, scoring and sync issues between Marketo and Salesforce.
• Drive continuous Marketo optimisation and apply AI to repetitive processes to speed time-to-market.
• Develop a solid understanding of Employment Hero’s marketing, sales, and business processes to translate requirements into data constraints and technical solutions.
• Partner with the Senior Marketing Operations Manager on high-level projects to overhaul and simplify Marketo to a sustainable Marketecture.
• Manage the List Operations function and ensure pristine data hygiene.
