BTP Australia is seeking a Technical Delivery Lead to own the design and delivery of enterprise automation solutions across RPA, document processing, workflow and applied AI. You will set engineering standards, lead a distributed development team and ensure platform readiness for secure, scalable production deployments.

Based in Sydney or Melbourne with hybrid work, this role focuses on guiding architecture decisions, improving delivery outcomes and shaping how finance teams operate with

Qualifications

• Experience leading technical delivery of enterprise software and automation solutions.
• Hands-on RPA and intelligent document processing design experience.
• Strong SDLC discipline including CI/CD, code review and testing.

Responsibilities

• Own architecture and technical design of enterprise automation solutions across RPA, document intelligence, workflow, integrations, APIs, data, security and cloud.
• Turn functional requirements into technical designs, estimates and delivery plans.
• Lead technical delivery across multiple customer engagements, remove blockers and manage dependencies.
• Set design, code review, testing, deployment and documentation standards.
• Ensure secure, production-ready releases and effective production incident handling.
