Zurich Australia is seeking an AI Engineer to help build the agentic AI capability that enables teams to turn ideas into secure, reliable AI solutions. You’ll work across the full engineering lifecycle, creating reusable services and patterns for safe AI delivery.

This hands-on role solves meaningful customer problems in a regulated environment and supports Zurich’s ambition to be Australia’s leading digital insurer.

Formación

• Production experience building AI agents in a real-world context.
• Strong experience with modern AWS services and AI tooling.
• Full-stack development with TS/Node.js/Python and React/Next.js.
• Experience designing REST/GraphQL APIs with secure auth patterns.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver production-grade agentic AI solutions end-to-end.
• Apply reusable engineering patterns and guardrails for AI delivery.
• Implement observability, cost management and security practices.
• Design secure APIs connecting LLMs with core systems.
• Collaborate with product/design/engineers to translate needs into AI capability.
