Job summary

OMERS seeks an Associate, AI Enablement & Adoption in Sydney on a 4-month contract, serving as a practical, people-centric guide to accelerate AI fluency across our office. You will empower employees to integrate Copilot, Gemini and Claude into daily work, with hands-on coaching, lightweight training, and rapid problem-solving.

Reporting to the AI Transformation Office, you will train, support, and troubleshoot on-demand while ensuring governance and data privacy.

Qualifications

• Experience with generative AI tools and understanding corporate capabilities.
• Ability to translate AI concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• On‑Demand Coaching & Support: act as the visible AI resource in the office and provide 1:1 and small-group troubleshooting.
• Training & Enablement: develop and deliver lightweight micro-training resources.
• Adoption Advocacy: monitor tool usage and drive uptake across teams; collect feedback and success stories.
• Task-Level Integration: help individuals apply AI to daily work (e.g., drafting emails, meeting summaries).
• Responsible AI Guidance: educate employees on governance policies, data privacy and risk mitigation.
