Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the AI capability framework and workforce readiness approach.
• Design role-based learning pathways to build practical AI skills.
• Establish and grow an enterprise-wide AI practitioner community.
• Partner with workforce, learning, change and business leaders to embed AI capability into development initiatives.
• Shape governance approaches that support AI adoption at scale.
