Job summary

ezyCollect, a Sydney-based fintech platform, seeks a hands-on Product Manager to own what to build and why. You’ll work with customers, Sales, Success, Support and three engineering squads (Credit Risk, Payments, and Workflows & Integrations) to translate problems into measurable outcomes.

You will shape the Product Management function, drive a structured discovery process, and determine go/no-go decisions during a period of rapid innovation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Manager in B2B SaaS, agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap and backlog across three engineering squads.
• Lead product discovery by speaking with customers and prospects weekly.
• Build and run a structured Voice of Customer loop for requests and issues.
• Create an evidence-based prioritisation framework showing demand, impact and roadmap status.
• Turn validated problems into clear specs, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with UX and engineering to review designs and clarify requirements.
