• Lead teams responsible for business-critical platforms during a period of transformation.
• Define and deliver sustainment strategies balancing value, stability, risk and cost.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance performance, resilience and sustainability.
• Partner with vendors and stakeholders to manage support, transitions and delivery.
• Champion engineering excellence, automation and AI-enabled efficiency.
• Guide governance, prioritisation and performance monitoring for platform health.
