Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking an AI-enabled business applications consultant to help clients identify, design and govern AI capabilities across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and SharePoint. You will work with multidisciplinary teams to embed AI into business processes and workflows, delivering measurable outcomes and reduced technical debt.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in a consulting, business applications, digital transformation or AI-focused role.
• Experience working on Microsoft technology implementations (Dynamics 365, Power Platform, SharePoint Online).
• Familiarity with generative AI concepts, prompt engineering and AI governance.

Responsibilities

• Help clients identify and prioritise AI opportunities across business processes and user experiences.
• Collaborate with project teams to design AI-enhanced solutions across Dynamics 365, Power Platform and SharePoint.
• Support pre-sales activities, workshops and solution demonstrations.
