Employment Hero is seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist who is an AI-first automation expert, with deep Marketo and CRM know-how to replace manual processes with autonomous systems.

You will orchestrate the marketing engine, drive AI-assisted workflows, fix funnel issues, and align marketing, sales, and business processes across a remote-first, globally distributed team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience managing Marketing Automation Platforms (Marketo preferred) in a fast-paced B2B environment.
• Strong appetite for using AI tools to solve MarOps problems.
• Ability to map data flows across the MarTech stack and design scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Platform Management & Support: manage the day-to-day Marketo operations for uptime and scalable processes.
• Lead Investigations & Troubleshooting: diagnose funnel leakage and synchronization issues between Marketo and Salesforce.
• Operational & Campaign Optimisation: continuously improve Marketo campaigns using AI to speed up time-to-market.
• Cross-Functional Business Alignment: translate marketing/sales needs into data constraints and technical solutions.
• System Overhaul & Simplification: partner on strategic projects to reduce technical debt and create a clean Marketecture.
• List Operations Management: oversee data hygiene and segmentation with potential AI automation.
• Ruthless Documentation: keep comprehensive docs of systems and workflows.
