Employment Hero is seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to architect our marketing engine with AI-first automation and deep Marketo expertise. You’ll dismantle manual processes and replace them with autonomous workflows.

You’ll drive platform management, lead investigations, and cross-functional alignment, partnering to reduce friction and push speed-to-market while maintaining data integrity and scalable processes. This role is remote-first.

Qualifications

• Experience using Marketo for end-to-end campaigns.

• Understanding of Salesforce integration and data flows.

Responsibilities

• Platform Management & Support: Manage day-to-day Marketo operations, ensure uptime, flawless execution, scalable processes.
• Lead Investigations & Troubleshooting: Investigate funnel leakage and resolve routing, scoring, and sync issues with Salesforce.
• Operational & Campaign Optimisation: Drive Marketo optimization, streamline logic, apply AI to repetitive tasks.
• Cross-Functional Business Alignment: Translate marketing and sales needs into data constraints and technical solutions.
• System Overhaul & Simplification: Collaborate on strategic projects to reduce technical debt and simplify Marketo.
• List Operations Management: Oversee List Operations with data hygiene and segmentation; explore automation.
• Ruthless Documentation: Maintain up-to-date docs for all systems and workflows.
